Question about New Pain(s) with CPS
I also tried hypnosis, creative visualization,

, massage, taking l-arginine, horse chestnut, steroid injections, apple cider vinegar and aloe vera as well as various vitamins and collagen protein drinks. Pentoxyfll keeps pain at bay, but not entirely.

Tips for Anxiety Attacks

Today is the first day I’ve started

. Only about a 5 minute session tho. Anyone have experience with this and did it help you with your anxiety. I’m trying my best to cope in other ways besides medication.

and her teachings in Buddhism) and i felt stronger. I was a part where she says about feeling alone and how you deal with that. It was very appropriate for me today.

I highly recommend discovering

and keeping active within your own abilities. Food of course is a big part of it but here is no one renal diet. There are many cultural and psychological influences that go into our food choices.

I have successfully controlled stress since PMR diagnosis in July 2015 by Mindfullness and

. Even survived the hip replacement in May this year. But this week I am struggling not to " blow my top". We are having our central heating flushed out.....wise to do it in the summer.....NO.

, yoga. I've been to counseling to help deal with my anxiety and I'm open with my friends and family about my condition. When I was 20 I started taking Lexapro, which was a game changer for me.

pred and early waking ?
I've tried

and breathing exercises with partial success but mostly I just listening to the radio for three hours until it's time to get up Pre PMR ( two years ago ) I would have slept 12:00 to 7 and the alarm would have woken me.
