Hi HetHeru, I find Epsom salt bath helps and I use microwave heat pads and tens machine on my legs. I’ve just started doing simple tai chi at home. Haven’t been doing it long enough to see results but enjoying it. I’ve read plenty of articles saying yoga and Pilates are helpful and I think mediation helps lots of people too 😀😀
Yes bath 🛀 with Epsom salt helps a lot but can only do that at friends at home only got show😞 We do use magnesium oil which rub into sore muscles had to use last night as cuffs muscles were keeping us awake.Try to meditate once a day to help relax the body and mind it takes lot of practice to quite the anxiety. 🌹
epsom salts, biofreeze gel, heatpads, tens machine, mindfulness, hypnotherapy can all help its a case of trial and error to see what works for you. I use all of the above and mychiropractor when I can afford to. He is fantastic at releasing the tightness in the muscles and realigning my body. Wish I could afford to go more often.
Yes Epsom salt baths certainly helped me especially during a flare. Mediation has never helped me but being out in nature does as well as listening to music. I find some of the yoga moves unfortunately make some of my symptoms worse.x
