So. My husband of 35 yrs died 3 years ago. I couldn't get out of bed, severe fatigue & weakness, depression, pain from sciatica, knees & feet ached. And weight gain. Ugh. I started trying various therapies. Mindful meditation & keto diet have helped a lot. B12 has a positive effect. I started si B12 as it is available from internet. Your site has been very useful.

Hi Firefox1
I too am sorry to hear of the loss of your husband and pleased to read that you have found remedies to help with your recovery from grief - including Vitamin B12.
I lost my wife nearly 26 years ago so do know a little of how you have felt.
Please try to ensure that you eat plenty of Folate rich foods as folic acid works closely with vitamin B12 in making red blood cells and helps iron function properly in the body.
I am not a medically trained person but I've had Pernicious Anaemia (a form of B12 deficiency) for more than 46 years.
I wish you well.
