Did a new run, learned new things!
I can't quite get my head around how all these different
meditation
techniques I'm learning in my spare time are actually working when applied to running. I've never considered
meditation
to be something you can do whilst exercising or doing something else.

I just want sleep...for everyone
We have also tried
meditation
, white noise, music, baths, no screen time, heavy exercise, pushing bedtime back, restless leg treatment, cosleeping, and tough love. Some of it works for a while but usually it takes him at least an hour to fall asleep and sometimes two!

Health anxiety. Need coping methods
I started eating better and doing a little exercise and listening to

, but it did little. Til I went to the emergency room again. My blood pressure was 166/98 and they realized it was because of my constant panic all week.

. Nothing. After finding a clinic for the ketamine that was reasonable in cost I called the doctor and spoke with him and called back on two other occasions with other staff members. I had done my research and was ready to try it.

I am finding reiki, acupuncture and

was talking about how important it is to have gratitude. Everyone should take a moment to write down or just think of at least five things they are grateful for no matter how small. I for one and thankful that you part of this group and able to read all of these post.

I DIDN'T DIE
The solution I'm coming up with for this is to use a couple of
meditation
techniques whilst I'm running. "Noting" where you don't dive into your thoughts you just label them and move on: "thought" "feeling" "thought" "feeling" seems to have worked for me.
