My guided meditation was talking about how important it is to have gratitude. Everyone should take a moment to write down or just think of at least five things they are grateful for no matter how small. I for one and thankful that you part of this group and able to read all of these post.
I also want to share a book that I just found. It's called 10% Happier. The author had a panic attack on live national TV.
I have only started listening to the audiobook but I can relate to some of his experiences. I hope this helps some of you.
