class and what was worse I only had about 10% battery life on my phone! Was in a bit of a flap to say the least ! Cutting long story short I managed confirmed that next week would most acceptable.

I've learned to use lots of different tools to help myself (breathing,
meditation
, exercise, yoga, etc) and while I wish I were more consistent, I have to say that these things really help. It's just become... harder, in ways that I never really expected.

I have done everything imaginable to make this experience tolerable such as booking emergency exit seats so I don't feel as claustrophobic, bringing books and music/

Horrible feeling last night!
I was just lying there listening to a

and didn’t feel right and when I sat up I felt all woozy/lightheaded/dizzy, I went to move off the bed and felt off balance because of it, so laid back down again but it really bothered me.

I have Anxiety since my childhood, craving a new life

and yoga to keep myself calm. I wonder if any of you can suggest any books or strategies help me out. My mom thinks that I have these issues due to my evil childhood. So she wants me to go for a counselling session with a psychiatrist, but I don't!

Massive headache/neck-ache during flight.
No amount of
meditation
, massage or stretching made a difference. I was in tears and scared. I took a 50mg aspirin then another one and finally it was bearable. I was afraid of a nose bleed if I’d take too much. As we began our descent, the pain started to subside.
