Sensorimotor OCD

Anyone else struggle with this? I just recently found out that this is what I have and it is absolutely awful. I’m trying to relieve it with meditation but I may have to resort to medication to ease my mind.

SensoriMotor OCD is basically a name for being extremely aware of some bodily sensation or process, and not being able to stop worrying about it. It sounds like what I suffer from.. "Health Anxiety ".

I never knew what a hypochondriac was until now and I definitely suffer from that too. Every weird sensation I get in my body I think I’m going to die or get really sick. I feel like when you have one of these disorders, you may have many of them.
