Just been to guided meditation. Find it very relaxing. The leader of the group is taking 4 weeks off. Someone has suggested a couple of apps but if anyone has any recommendations they'd be greatly received.

Just been to guided meditation. Find it very relaxing. The leader of the group is taking 4 weeks off. Someone has suggested a couple of apps but if anyone has any recommendations they'd be greatly received.
I use Insight Timer. It is a free mobile application.
Smiling mind is great and free. Offers different courses. Headspace is great too and has lots of courses. It’s not free but I think it’s work it. My therapist also Recommended Insight Timer but was a bit complicated or me.
