Endometriosis is not only a disease of the body, but a massive burden on the mind. The anxiety, worries and possible depression cannot be ignored. With endometriosis, you always feel alone, like no one understands, like nothing makes sense.
If you have endometriosis, then please try and find ways to cater to your mental state. Whether it be taking breaks and going to some place safe and calm, using mindfulness or meditation apps, or figuring out what activities bring you peace, please do it.
Our bodies are fighting so much, we need to help our minds support it.
