Yoga and Meditation

I started yoga classes this week and have been amazed at how much lighter I feel. The studio I am attending is for trauma victims so tonight’s class was a meditation class on ptsd. I am definitely going to continue to attend since it helps me physically and emotionally. Feeling blessed that God gave me the courage to try something new!

That's great. I have been doing yoga and meditation for a few years.

It does make you feel good.

Good for You. I started Yoga at age 40 and Love It, I even became an instructor for a few years. It is such a positive activity, I recommend it to anyone who can get on the floor, there is also Chair Yoga for us older folks that cannot get up and down. Keep on doing it, if you are like me you will become hooked. I find it helps, mental, physical and spiritual.....a long time practitioner sending you love, hugs, and head stands!!! Sprinkle 1.......
