Hard time sleeping

Last night I was woken up in the middle of my sleep because my heart was pounding so hard it felt like it was gonna come out of my chest. I played some night time meditation to try to help calm me and it work for the most part but it was like every hour I was up again. Anybody have another way to deal with this if it happens again.

Without knowing if you have anything else going on, it’s hard to say if you have anxiety or something else. Are you stressed about something? I have been taking niacin off and on for the last month or so, and it has helped me have more peaceful sleep.

I’ve been stressed and my anxiety has been on high lately. I’ve tried medicine before but I had a bad reaction to it.
