Newbie to this site! Does not seem to be too much action to this site yet.....probably need to be patient. Yea this has got to be the craziest time in over a hundred years to get and stay sober😀Even to reduce drinking would not be easy! Covid, isolations, and politics/protests you can’t avoid it. I try, but not getting in planes yet for a while, but where can you go to get away from it anyway? Hope all of you out there are out there staying healthy in your own way. I have taken up some meditation time in the past few months, it feels great when I make my self do it. Focused on exercise and my golf game also. Just trying to deflect triggers and urges and stay sober! The challenge I gave my self was to come out on the other side of all this crap, better than when It started. We will see.........
