Hi!! Myself Mandira and I am 21 years old. There are different types of thaughts are roaming around my mind. I took anxiety control medicines but nothing is working. I started doing yoga and meditation, but I can't stop thinking to do meditation. I am not able to sleep properly.

Give a try to cognitive behavioral therapy. It well described in the book “Feeling good: the new mood therapy” by D. Burns. Working with “clearly mental” issues can help to deal with physical problems, such as sleep issues.

Try using essential oils. I got this from a podcast but using some type of orange smelling one and lemon grass and rubbing it on both your hands (palms) together and inhaling will relax you. Lean it to it put up to your face and just inhale and breathe for a few minutes. Of course wash hands off when done. And help with anxiety and depression

Just don’t leave it on too long or it can give u a headache . It’s meant for short term when you need it to relax you

I have tried them and they are great in relaxing me too before I heard from this podcast I just didn’t know the orange smelling one and lemon grass was suppose to be really good but the other ones work as well

Try using some calming music as you do the essential oils and yoga. I think all of those things help.
