I don't really have a question, just letting my mind wonder.. if that's ok.
So for many years of my life, now 43, I have suffered with ibs, food intolerance, and endometriosis and most of all Pain. I now live with it and just except it. I do try and help it if I can.
I have too admit that life has been extremely difficult during this lockdown especially at the start of March 20. when lockdown started, I encountered constant constipation and pain and took lots of laxatives. I'm plenty fine now though.
So to day I wake up like most of you in this miserable lockdown nearly a year on from first lockdown, reading some of these messages like mine. Don't take this as a negative but maybe a positive. Just get out. Or sit out side for 3mins a day. Just try and help yourself stay positive.
At least take a slow walk down the road and back or small block and back or even to the bottom of garden. Doesn't have to b far. Just do it slowly and observe this space u have for a few minutes. .... Concentrate on your breathing and breath through the pain and release it as u breath out. Mindful walking or mindful breathing is better known as meditation. I've been meditating for about 3 years now and meditating 5 minutes a day helps. Use your special space and believe in yourself during this lockdown. xxx B-)
