I am claiming this Sunday as Stress-Free Sunday

Yesterday I had a headache, heartburn, A-fib kicked in, and pressure in my chest. It was a little unnerving. I have a Hiatal hernia & at first, I thought that was the problem along with the a-fib which pops up now and then. By evening it was getting worse and my husband asked me if I had taken my blood pressure. So I did. I found out what was giving me a headache. My BP was sky-high. My BP is usually low so I didn't even think about it. I woke up in the middle of the night with more pressure in my chest. I layed there and did some meditation and it eased the pressure. Took my BP and it was still up. It's lower this morning and the pressure has subsided for now. I'm doing nothing today hoping it will all go away. I will call the Dr tomorrow if it isn't. I'm sure it's just stress. I have been dealing with my mother n law and her high BP. She was in the ER 3 times in one week. I stayed with her for 3 days cuz she was afraid to be by herself & we don't have an extra room. Then during that my husband broke a tooth off & after I came home we had to drive 2 hours to his dentist. Then back again the next day to get fitted for a lower plate of false teeth. That was an all-day thing. Then he had to go back the next day to have it checked. That was Wed thru Fri. Then on Mon, we had to take his mom to the cardio dr, another 2-hour drive up and back. In the meantime, my MS decided to flair, with fatigue and leg cramps. So besides the MS flair, I know this is stress-related cuz my hair all of a sudden feels like cotton candy. It won't style no matter what I do. It's amazing what stress will do to your hair & body for that matter! Some people get bald spots and in traumatic instances, their hair has almost instantly or overnight turned white. So today is a stress-free day, at least until time for the Superbowl. I don't really have a favorite team this year so it won't be too bad!

HAPPY STRESS-FREE SUNDAY!
