Its problematic and in result leads me to this possible compulsion of thinking I have to suffer in isolation, mediation, and

I've done guided,
meditation
, music therapy, exercise, etc. And they work for a while, they distract me for the time being, but when they're over it only takes the smallest thing to set my anxiety off again. Are they even worth doing?

Increased anxiety before stims 😬
Feeling abit better 2day &’started my day off with a
meditation
but scared my body is taking over..if that makes sense 🤔 We have waited nearly 2 years to get to this point & I am so excited but the stress has definitely taken over the last couple of days. Today is a new day though! 🤞💗 xx

Ofcourse there is no limit to exercise, yoga,

app where as soon as I started to listen I was gone, yet 3 hours later I am convinced I have been awake throughout & darting about from subject to subject in my brain as clear as day. Anyone experienced this as I think it's related to Gabapentin?

Diagnosed 3 years ago on my 51 birthday ,what a great gift lol 😂
During those years I wrote my bucket list and started traveling the world, sold my part In the buisness to my colleagues ,went back to the college studying some therapy methods, started playing guitar that was my dream and never had time for it, did a lot of
