Lovely sunny day today, perfect for a run. Gremlins got me most of the morning 😈😈 and a leisurely read of the Sunday papers.. finally made it out... to what was clearly peak couples and families walking time, with associated scooters, dogs on retractable leads, bikes, mobile phone addicts 😬😬 Yay!

I've lost all hope.

Any advice on any little exercises I can do or books that I can read to help me begin to meditate daily and focus on staying in the present moment. PLEASE! I think if I focus on the present moment than I would eliminate worrying and obsessing over things I cannot control or go back and change. I

Finally did it after 4 tries!
Champix helped for the first 2 months to take the edge off and I also did some
