I've decided to post my meditation how-to in a number of separate posts.
Each post is broken out into separate concepts that I think will nicely segregate any discussions into some logical containers or threads.
So we'll have:

* intro - types of, and how it works
* relaxing - the pre-meditation prep
* technique - the steps into and out of meditation
