Today I am struggling a bit. I will be relying heavily on my meditation to center me
Thanks ray 🌞
In Judaism there is a prayer called the Amidah where we stand and a large section of the prayer allowing for reflection and silent meditation. When I pray during this section, I close my eyes and pray for those who I love and R close to me and to eliminate things like poverty, etc. by the time I finish this prayer, there is a physical sensation and a need for me to sit down and clear my head. Hugs 🤗 Shnookie
I listen to the videos of this guru. I learn from his wisdom but laugh at his
lightheartedness quotes as well. Thanks gerrerd xx
