Story of my life!
I find something to get better like exercise,
meditation
, or something or the other. But it doesn't last. No method of recovery lasts forever. Many times its like 2 days and then I'm back to depression again. I just don't now what to do.

Been a while....
Yoga,

and breathing exercises helped me get through the breathing issues, and now, I’m back to school picking up things where I left them. Didn’t quite take my Aderrall and bupropion during those days, but as I was healing, my mood swings were wide and unsettling to my family.

It's been a week and a day since I had my 1st Vaccine
I know I need to get back to gentle exercise, guided

and enjoyment; easier said than done. I just wish i felt well enough to do everything i want to do. I understand that I do tend to put high expectations on myself, i shall work on this too. Remember and be kind to yourself.

!!! So relaxing , once you give your mind space to be free, clear and calm. It takes me a while, but once I’m in a state of relaxation , meditating feels blissful. But back to the reason I’m posting this , in the first place .
