I’d love some advise if you suffer passing out or severe dizzy spells when in AF?

etc. But it’s the dizzy spells, im really struggling. Past 4 weeks it’s exacerbated daily AF & the dizziness many times day just sat down doing nothing. Can’t ever go for walk, I’ve tried but have to keep lying down so I don’t pass out.

MBCT - Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (self help workbook)

Fingers crossed for FET
I’ve been doing yoga, gentle exercise,

I’ve had a few acupuncture sessions and have a plan for more with my acupuncturist. I’m trying to eat healthy etc but if anyone can offer any other advice to improve chances and get through the next 3 weeks and hopefully on to 9 months.

5) Sound machine at night to help me sleep, not only calms me down but drowns out the ringing a lot 6) Deep

i'm very lightheaded most of the time. Could it be apixaban? Or is it normal for Parkinsons? my GP says try Dabigatran.
I'm fighting PD with exercise, food and

etc. I have good days, bad days but the light headedness is around most of the time. I am 78 and weigh 50kilos so suggested a reduction in my NOAC dose which is indicated for thin 80 year olds. GP saysnot until 80! mmm!

Daily Adderall?
I have tried a lot of things (zoloft, wellbutrin, exercise daily,
meditation
, therapy, etc) but nothing seems to help my main issues of impulse control and emotional dysregulation. I have an adderall script to take "as needed" and everytime I take it I feel like a new person in a good way.
