Can anyone help with my sleep anxiety?
I'm trying to stick to a bed time routine, I'm waiting for a counseling appointment, use
meditation
apps and yesterday I even had some melatonine tablets (as I heard they are not bad for egg quality) but it's still awful. My partner is really depressed and absolutely no support at all.

I have had severe anxiety problems since lockdown,about a problem that doesn’t seem seem to be possible, I have just been put on diazepam 2mg for this problem any ideas how to get rid of the anxiety am using

Second to last - and 5k
At one point I felt it was almost like
meditation
! I’ve enjoyed the last two runs a lot. Am thinking it’s because it’s the last week ? But I’ve also sorted my calves (fingers crossed) thanks to all the lovely advice about rolling and stretching and salt baths ! Thank you ! I also hit 5k.
