Newly suffering from tinnitus and struggling to see a way to live with it, any advice greatly appreciated
I have also been trying
meditation
and conscious breathing as I know my body has gone into a flight or fight state but my brain doesn't register that the sound is benign and that I am not in danger.

Meditation
will help you learn to love yourself. If you meditate, slowly, you will get out of the ego and out of your personality. You will realize your real self, love will come on its own.❤️

Been going to bed early, 9.00 pm and listening to a little guided sleep
meditation
. Of course, I used a catheter to drain the bladder so I do not wake up three times to urinate. Brothers if “YOU” are waking up often talk to your doctor. Sisters trust me it helps.

Mindfulness for Endometriosis
I have started an online mindfulness
meditation
circle. It is primarily created for women living with endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis and other conditions, but anybody who thinks it might help them is welcome to join.
It is also entirely free.

Trying to eat healthy ish, take preg vitamins but not doing acupuncture,

Five Minute Mindfulness
Today's is a walking
meditation
. It's not a walk in the conventional way and doesn't need much space as we aren't doing it for exercise or necessarily for the pleasure of being outside. It's not intended to be a 'lose yourself in a good walk'.

The cure for the disease of being man is
meditation
.
Meditation
has two parts: the beginning and the end. The beginning is called dhyana and the end is called samadhi. Dhyana is the seed, samadhi is the flowering.

Five Minute Mindfulness - No Pizza!
Here's a lovely little lesson from one of my favourite
meditation
teachers, Buddhist monk Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche which explains that you don't have to try to empty your mind of thoughts to practice mindfulness.

A DJs Story.
Reading positive stuff on this forum helps a lot - I’ve read Everything I can on the BTA website, I’m going to try
meditation
and see if I can get a course of CBT. I’ve got to beat this condition, I’ve got to find myself and the music again. Sorry about the epic post - it’s therapy.

Exam Stress!!
I tried to whole
meditation
and breathing but it didn’t help and I’m sick of being told to just “study and not worry about it” because I physically can’t just not worry about it Thanks :)

2WW Help
So now I'm in the 2ww wait and despite all of my prep for this (
meditation
, saving episodes of drag race to watch), I am losing my god damn mind.

Meditation and Yoga go hand in hand. ❤️☮️☀️🌸🌈🧘🏻♀️🕉☯️🙏
The ancient practice of
meditation
is as integral to yoga as the poses, with the same intention: not to tune out, but to tune in to a frequency long forgotten, or perhaps undiscovered. The practice of
meditation
helps you stay centered regardless of your circumstances.

I'm new here
I was prescribed apixaban but I refused beta blockers because I felt I was at the very mild end of the spectrum and was usually able to restore sinus rhythm with
meditation
and breathing exercises. I never had any really worrying symptoms, just the ‘Jumping beans in the chest’ sensation.

Can you be kind to yourself today and do something nice for yourself?
Meditation
music meds expressive art etc.. All of these things can contribute to your healing. The mind body soul spirit thoughts emotions its all interconnected and when several parts are struggling or sick its harder to heal and recover. Take one step at a time and I'm inviting you.

Any advice gratefully received... Could this be more than depression/anxiety?
Over the last year, I have researched anxiety/depression/physical symptoms/
meditation
//B12 deficiency/Thyroid issues. I've taken antidepressants for 9mths and still not right.

Lack of sleep and bleeding under skin
I took the first dose yesterday early with breakfast as I had trouble sleeping last time but I still got no sleep at all last night and I'd done some
meditation
at bed time too. This morning I was horrified to see all the bleeds under the skin on my chest.
