I am constantly holding my breath. When I notice, I try to slow down. What are some techniques you use to create awareness around this besides meditation (currently attempting meditation daily for short periods of time)

Hi mama. Have you tried any Breath app? I set my Iwatch up to 10 times a day and the duration also. It tells you to relax n focus on your breath through out the day. 😊👍
