Dealing with fluctuating anxiety
I have learned coping skills like grounding and
meditation
and many other ways of making the best of a bad day. But recently even if I’ve calmed down pretty well and even feel relaxed during the day, I have been waking up to close to terror during the night. Also in the morning.

Neuromod Lenire
I have had not too loud tinnitus for 8 months now (left ear - high pitched sound) and it got better with
meditation
and good diet / little alcohol / sugar / salt / caffeine but could do with further improvements but the cost of Lenire seems excessive.

ADHD and meditation
Since there's no wrong way to meditate, I have persisted with
meditation
- been at it almost a year, but I am just not seeing the benefits. I've tried walking
meditation
, same result. I noticed that when I am medicated, my thoughts are quieter.

What Calming Exercises have you used to help your anxious/depressive thoughts?
I've looked at a whole tool box such as
meditation
, mindfulness
meditation
, anxiety breathing exercises, yoga, yoga nedras, qi gong and alot more. i have also done alot of research about helping calm down for sleep, to calm down to "re" sleep after waking in the night, as these were among my issues

New here & looking for advice :)
I had blood tests with my NHS doctor in January this year and they said my results were 'a little low but nothing to worry about' and my many symptoms are in my 'head' and to look at
meditation
, breathing exercises and possibly anti-depressants.

CBT OIL UPDATE AND DWP
I've also begun listening to a
meditation
and healing tape at night which is helping. I'm doing okay. Had an unpleasant letter from the DWP re fitness to work.

Struggling can anyone give any advise
I'm reading up on so much
meditation
grounding affirmations... I've really educated myself alot on this which was how I realised I was misdiagnosed. Theres been alot of family issues and health issues and it's just triggered me off.

PTSD old and new
Anyway, after getting out I worked extremely hard to get my mind right, getting into yoga,
meditation
, so much that I even became a
meditation
teacher, and I made a lot of progress.

I love my

How does Rytary affect the person?
[/i] I'm curious because I'm trying
meditation
. In the past I knew when it was helping. I'd feel relaxation of my face, neck and shoulders. I took Demeral for an injury and the narcotic was the closest thing to
meditation
that I ever experienced.

I’m grateful that I’m in not in a prison or oppressed in some harsh way like some, well so maybe i am a bit in my head but I am at least working on my freedom of letting go of trying to control everything I am grateful for God and nature

Relaxation, hypnotherapy or
meditation
Stress and anxiety will make your IBS worse so try introducing regular relaxation, hypnotherapy or
meditation
into your routine. This can help to decrease the sensitivity and spasm in your bowel.

Input from American RN
When you are in the process you sort of phase out like
meditation
. Take long nap every afternoon and many times have family members over for dinner (easier than going out). Enjoy cooking and love my family and vice versa Live alone in a big, old house and intend staying there.

Anxiety in the morning
Lately I’ve been struggling with waking up and feeling really anxious and I’m not sure how to calm it down I’ve tried
meditation
but it doesn’t work for me and sometimes it lasts for ages so I’m just not sure what to do. I feel it in the morning that’s it and I’m not sure.
