Sometimes we simply focus on our breath and

normal guy, well i does not work like that, one year is the shortest time that we put between surgeries, but the brain needs more time to heal and you have space to improve even more, the EEG shows that you can make improvements, but they are more achievable trough another things like mindfulness,

I'd been trying to work on
meditation
but the tremor was too much of an irritation to allow focus. The second treatment I saw decent improvement and was able to meditate somewhat. She injected eight spots on my wrist and elbow.. Hopefully this treatment does more.

help at all? I feel like I’m fighting myself to work full time to be able to live but I’m suffering so much with pain! I’ve been put on a cancellation list but my actual surgery won’t be until after Christmas new year some time!

Does anyone else feel alone in this everyday struggle with anxiety & fear?. I've no one to talk to about how I feel.
I try
meditation
but I just can't do it. I listen to relaxing music & it sometimes helps calm my mind. I'm seriously thinking of getting meds off the doctor but I've been there before with meds & it's hard coming off them so meds was my last resort. Can anyone help?

When the big T hits you every evening at 3am!
I have a sleep mask with the usual rain, waves,
meditation
sounds on all night when in bed. However just recently I went on my first plane journey for two years, I returned (stressed) and now the big T wakes me up every single night! it is so LOUD I feel like I am drowning in sound!!

, CBT types of techniques, acceptance, nothing worked. Eventually, my dentist told me it was a mild inflammation, of course. All the energy and fear that went into this, I could kick myself for it.

Dominoes...Physical Mental, spirtual...what are MY needs?

In the past I posted about my tremor preventing me from meditating. I recently had botox which reduced the tremors significantly. It cut the tremors to 50% or better improvement. [i]I tried meditating this morning while sitting outside in the sun. The tremor was there but not serious enough
