How are you doing?

Sometimes when I read other people's posts here, I feel like my problems aren't that big and important and believe me, they really aren't. I also don't know how to respond most of the time because if I use one wrong word, it might make them feel worse. I just wanted to check in and see how you're doing. Talk about what's been going on in your life recently and I'd be happy to read your responses to this post.

P.S. this is a link to a guided meditation for anxiety, it helped me, it might help some body else too :

Thanks, I used to be quite a fan of Russell Brand. I read his two autobiographies , He is quite a character.I'm doing pretty well too. I have a good husband and family. My main problem is that people locally have a bad false opinion of me. This came about because the boss of the workplace I left due to bullying spread nasty rubbish about me. I and always hated shopping, and was never socially confident, but am less so now.

I am afraid to face people in my local town. It is a drawback. I have gotten happier since I joined this site over a year ago.

Definitely there are loads of people with far worse problems.

I hope you are doing well.

I will indeed watch the video.

I'm glad that you're getting your confidence back. I personally think that there's always gonna be a big number of people who talk behind our backs and won't even try to know us better, so don't pay attention to them. The right people will enter your life with no effort.

Thank you very much

No problems are silly and trivial.

Things that are silly and trivial to one person aren't to someone else.

You are quite right of course, but I for one feel quite guilty for complaining when I see the stories of people who have a big burden to carry, many have carried it since childhood.

in reply to Roxylox

No need to feel guilty for complaining as its not as if your problems take away someone else who is supposedly worse off their share of the sweets of sorrow as sadly there's more than enough sorrow to go round in the world.
