We have two more Wellbeing courses coming up in October and they are Meditation & Mindfulness and Nutrition & Diet. Both these courses have been run earlier this year and were very popular! The courses have been designed specifically for people living with RA or JIA in mind. The NRAS online courses consist of five weeks in length, meeting once a week and costs £45 for the whole course. nras.org.uk/wellbeing-courses/
