Gait analysis - so worth it despite being on IC!
Had a
massage
with a sports phsio this morning which really helped & decided to go for a gait analysis this afternoon. So glad I went, the staff were very knowledgeable and patient.

Self massage of trigger points
It is early days, and I know sometimes we think we have found a solution and it turns out to be false hope, but this has really been helping me so far. http://myemail.constantcontact.com/Restless-Legs--Pain-or-Insomnia---Try-this-3-Muscle--Restful-Legs-Recipe-.html?soid=1101121545271&aid=TEz4-cnKpeA

MASSAGE FOR PAIN RELIEF
Hi everyone, does anyone know if
massage
helps with pain from fibromyalgia? My son has just completed a HNC in Sports Therapy and so is now qualified in
massage
, so I can get
massage
'on-tap' in theory, and if it means taking less painkillers that'd be great.

Mastectomy, lymph node removal stage 3 advice
Went for advice to a lymphodaema clinic and was told how to
massage
, exercise and was given a arm stocking to reduce the swelling. I found that keeping my weight down to a normal level and exercising helped. Also I take a multi vitamin/mineral supplement every day, tablet.

The tongue is a small thing....but what enormous damage it can do...
I did not run again until this Friday… after rest, improvised
massage
, (at the holiday home…) and gentle exercise, aided and abetted by really extreme temperatures. Friday’s run was a gentle 3K, very relaxed and uneventful.

I have a aching pain on my left side that gets worse at night.
The only time it went away was when I got a deep tissue
massage
and she dug in my side so deep I almost cried. But I did have some relief for 2-3 days, then it came back. Maybe gal stones? But why would it get worse at night?

DON'T PASS ON THE PEANUT BUTTER
Tried
massage
, exercise, homeopathic concoctions, magnesium, iron, name it, I tried it. I could be up 3- 5 hours a night trying to settle my legs ( I am 67 and retired ). I first read about the peanut butter remedy 8 months ago, but passed on it as being too ridiculous to even consider.

Obviously I know that it isn't going to get better without rest but I just feel so gutted, i'm waiting on some advice from my brother who used to be a PT and qualified in sports
massage
but any advice from anyone that has been there would be great. Guess its the IC for me :'(

Message for Mrsjj and anyone else doing the holistic route rather than IVF
Also looking at acupuncture and Maya/Arvigo abdominal
massage
and adding fertility "super foods" to our diets. What did you try? I need to relax and stop getting so depressed about it all which I would think these therapies would help with but do you think it actually helps physically as well?

Going for my mri tomorrow.......after my new diagnosis of lymphodema
Last week I had a private
massage
to help drain the fluid, she was recommended by my surgeon. I weighed myself the next day and I was 2kgs lighter, that effect lasted 4 days then it all went back on.

Hypothyroidism and chronic pains
I have tried almost everything NSAIDS, corticosteroids,
massage
, PT, meditation, even some mind-body techniques believing that it was all in my head.I won't continue much of these and will pose my question.

Treatment update
Maybe the yoga or Maya
massage
I've been doing for the past year will help. I hope so because my Dr thinks it's all to do with method of transfer why I hasn't worked for us before. Anyway if anyone is starting a new cycle I would love to hear from you and have someone to chat to along the way.

Acupuncture ✅😍
Then and there I had an initial consultation, followed by a somewhat stressful round of acupuncture and a painful
massage
. Determined for my body to make a baby, I returned yesterday and had a completely different experience - it was very positive!
