Well hello treadmill!!
No pain in my calves (I did
massage
them before) and no other pain. I did 6 75 second runs with walks in between and then ran for 6 whole minutes at the end. Never ever in my life have I been able to do that!!! Thanks to everyone for their support.

Inspired by Mark to update on progress:)
I continue with a fortnightly
massage
and am trying to walk as much as possible! But working full time gets in the way!

You can lead a horse to water but .....
I've offered a free fitness training package comprised of; resistance training;
massage
; electro acupressure; inversion therapy; intrasound and reiki . I've been on the local radio and advertised absolutely everywhere. I also collaborate with the NHS/Arthritis drop-ins. Uptake on my offers?

Is massage ok with ET? Plus ITA's?
I have ET JAK2+ and platelets 488. Age 55 yrs. Clogged arteries in legs and family history of heart disease put me in high risk category so I'm taking aspirin and hydroxyurea, 1000 mg for 4 days, 500 mg for 3 days. Unsure if I am having ITA's as had panic attack on Friday, heart pumping fast, strong

Feeling lost and confused 😪
I used amitriptyline 50mg at night , a weekly
massage
, paracetamol and codeine . I've had a major flare up and been prescribed Gabapentine , it's giving me horrendous side effects and I've only been taking it for 1 week .

Shaking a facial paralysis
Sometimes I have to excuse myself and literally go
massage
my face to get the muscles to relax. Anything helps! I'm just tired of having people ask me if I'm nervous, sad, cold when it happens. The shaking goes off even in low stress situations where I'm in my comfort zone.

First post: Father with metastatic PCa, looking for natural treatment experiences after stoping oral chemo/radiation.
A month later he began complaining of severe back pain- all of his doctors, oncologist included, advised him that it was likely a result of stress and he should take OTC pain meds and get a

Chronic joint pain in neck - stomach bloating.
I've had it for over a year now, I've tried chiropractors, Physio,
massage
etc noting works long term I also have a really bloated stomach by the end of the day, but not sure if it's linked. It's so uncomfortable Has anyone else got this and have you managed to reduce it?

Support at last
My next appointment is in two weeks where the physio is going to show me some
massage
techniques. I now feel positive and hope that I can improve my mobility.
