Hey everyone I've been struggling a lot with my anxiety fortunately I'm actually blessed with a very positive soul in my life who has shares things with me even though I don't always practice what he tells me to do he is quite positive person he also does massage therapy and he sends me links on YouTube . I'm telling you if you're struggling at least take 15 minutes out of your day to lay there and listen to these waves and just try to pull yourself out of the way you feel for 15 minutes .
