What should I do?

Its been 5 months with my bells palsy, and all of the sudden I have to stop going to see my neuro because of the covid 19, and I also stop going to physio and acupunture treatment because my hospital that I went to is one of the hospital that treat the covid 19 patient, and all the restriction of going anywhere. I still do some face excercise and massage my face, but that worry me because somehow I still felt like that is not sufficient although I already got almost 80% of my left face movement back but that alone does not reassured me that I am going to heal completly.

If you were me, what should I do? Do I go to another hospital or ?

I don't want to get frustated over this because people around me said that its not good for my healing moment, but I also can't stop thinking about it from time to time.

Can you check if your hospital will offer a video consultation? Some clinics are continuing with facial therapy this way.
