I’ve been freaking out all day debating on going to the hospital because I keep feeling a pain in my heart... But when I massage my breast it feels better.. it’s a clogged milk duct. 😭😢 How could I be so silly.. Anxiety is ruining me.

Maybe it’s just aniexty I get a lot of chest pain and palp I’m currently waiting for my monitor results to come back

This is how anxiety get's us and especially at the moment with what is happening

You are not silly at all , I have freaked out so many times over thinking I have something to later find there was a simple explanation

I am pleased though you realised what was causing it and hope it eases now for you

I think we all feel or a lot of us that anxiety is ruining us I now I do but we are living through some very difficult times , so be kind to yourself and don't think you are on your own because you are not , you just have to look around the communities on here to see that

I get pains in my chest/heart too and it’s usually from stress!

Aww hope your coping🙄it's the worst thing ever it's ruined my life I used to walk everywhere now I can't walk out my gate on my own without thinking Ile drop dead..but at least u recognised that it was anxiety so good for you
