Hello all thanks very much to all for the replies and support since my diagnosis of bells almost 2 months ago. as an update as A lot has happened since then, including furlough from work, then returning to a totally different workplace due to the Covid restrictions, working from home , a little weight loss, giving up smoking for 7 weeks now, lowering my blood pressure / trying to get more fit etc etc etc!!!! The bells meanwhile has significantly improved, would say 95% currently, and can only put this down to the above and keeping up with facial exercises / taking a bit of time for myself (relaxing where possible) as per previous advice and trying not to expect to much too soon. understand it is very personal for each case of bells, but thought i would share my thoughts in any case. The official bells palsy website has been very helpful, especially in the area of facial massage techniques. Any feedback / response appreciated. take care in these strange times and karen your advice proved invaluable!! all the best Mark
