TENS : An Alternative Option for Management of PAIN From Multiple Causes
It is employed by pain management clinics, chiropractors,

Any experience with mechanical foot and calf massagers?
What I am interested in is hearing about member's experiences with combination foot and calf
massage
machines with rollers and balls and air bladders. I went to the store tonight to check some out. they were 200 to 400 dollars. I was surprised at how firmly they

BUPA 10mile programme Beginner - week 10!
Run2 50min Easy pace run and I managed 7.2k, legs were still sore, so I took it very steady and treated this run more like a
massage
for tired legs than anything. And finally.... Run3 yesterday - 8 miles!!!! (12.87k) sooooo soooo happy!!! I loved it!

Just a check in August 29,
I started going to a
massage
school, the students practice on people for a good price ($40 for 50 minutes, $5 off if your over 55). I check in with a physical therapist once a month, to emcourage me to excerise, etc., he said it's ok for me to do massages, let them know about my medical condition.

Recurring headaches
I am seeing a physio, get a deep tissue
massage
and have seen an osteopath but they are still present. I’m at my wits end as they won’t seem to go away. Any ideas as to what I can do? I’ve seen my doctor throughout this whole time but they don’t seem to be able to suggest what is wrong.

Soft tissue massage and relief, relief, relief!!!
I noticed yesterday afternoon my left Tubi-grip on my leg was wet. My leg was leaking a clear liquid...no open sore, just coming through the tissue. In the morning my sheets were wet and I could see drops on my lower leg in a few places...even with my eyes. I called my primary care and his nurse wrote

I had a facial and cut / color, but there are also mediation services, lymphatic

I’ve recently been made redundant and I’m thinking of retraining as a sports
massage
therapist. I attended a fantastic taster course yesterday and gave and received massages all day!

Tension in Head/Neck?
I tried a
massage
gun and neck massager, ibuprofen, and yoga, but the tightness is still lingering from yesterday. I'm not asking for medical advice, but I'm open to any tips about how to help relieve the tension because it can be really tiring to deal with.

HCG levels
I also did acupuncture, fertility
massage
, and got a TENS machine to use on certain acupuncture points and vaginally (I know it’s a lot). Before the ET doctor checked my lining and it was 4,6mm . My progesterone levels were low so he added shots after the transfer.

Provenge experience
So you get this
massage
-- it feels like the chair is vibrating -- for a couple of hours. When you're done there's some cleanup and they let you go in 30 minutes or so.

Going for a massage on Tuesday
All I could think of was as soon as I get out, I am going to get a
massage
! Two days after I was discharged, I went to the person I normally go to, but she sent me home. I wasn’t allowed to get a
massage
until my specialist gives me a note to say it is safe to do so.

How long did it take for burnout headaches to completely go away?
I took some time off work and got some treatment in the way of therapy, physio and
massage
. I have returned to work and the headaches are a lot better now but still present. Anyone here experienced anything similar and what was the time taken to fully recover? Thanks in advance.

That’s week 2 done with now!! 😁
I was thinking I’d maybe have a bath and soak my achey legs but after I’d got home and stretched and rolled on my
massage
balls a bit, then had my porridge, glass of water and a coffee… I got my foot massager out that my daughter had bought me for my birthday and sat and enjoyed 10 minutes of foot

It eased with
massage
and stretching so my question is - how to prevent it as I'm sort of happy with how training is going and don't want to scupper my plans . Third time lucky and all that.
