Hi, I had a burnout a few months ago... started with daily headaches that wouldn't go away.. I took some time off work and got some treatment in the way of therapy, physio and massage. I have returned to work and the headaches are a lot better now but still present. Anyone here experienced anything similar and what was the time taken to fully recover? Thanks in advance.
