Feeling negative/unhopeful ahead of FET
And after my many many months on these forums and researching myself, it looks fairly clear that I may only be able to succeed in
IVF
with extra help.

Spotting early and slow slow periods
Hi, I’ve been trying to conceive for a few years now and have done a couple of unsuccessful
ivf
cycles. I have tons of eggs and respond very well to treatment. However, I don’t think I am “normal”.

Advice needed IVF
Doctor gave us a 90% chance of the first round working because "you have the easiest problem to fix with
IVF
". Looking back, I was stupid to believe this. *First retrieval: Antagonist protocol. 8 eggs retrieved. 5 fertilized with ICSI. All 5 embryos were cavitating on day 5, then arrested.

Sister agreed to be donor
I will conduct my 4th (and final) round of
IVF
just after my 40th birthday, which is also causing great distress. Life wasn't meant to be like this.

Feedback on TFP Oxford - please PM
It's one of the pre selected clinics we could go to on NHS funding for
IVF
, and we're after any feedback or comments on the clinic or doctors/consultants from anyone who's been there for
IVF
.

In 2ww and risk of redundancy at work :(
I haven’t told them I’ve been doing
IVF
and didn’t intend on telling if I was pregnant until I was far along. I’m now wondering if I am pregnant should I say something whilst I’m in the consultation period with my employer as I’m aware there are redundancy laws that protect pregnant employees.

Brown/ pink discharge - 17 weeks pregnant IVF pregnancy / endometriosis
Hey all I’m currently 17 weeks pregnant through
IVF
and been having pink and brown tinted discharge for a week. Seems to be when I wipe after beating down more than anything. Had a scan last week and said baby is fine.

short period then day 5 bleeding on frozen transfer cycle
My lining was always good mid cycle on any scans I’ve had prior to
IVF
and periods were typically 3 days of full flow.

late period after egg retrieval and continuing ivf
hi all ihave done duo stim egg retrieval back in sept/oct - basically 2 rounds back to back. First round was great, second round my body struggled and my results were not fantastic either I'm waiting to do my third round but my period is nearly 6 weeks late. I've read on here it's fairly common but

Struggling
I'm faced with a dilemma - do I lose my relationship and try myself ( look at
IVF
- which I am unsure what's available to me, if anything via NHS, and privately too - financially if there's plans I can pay monthly or anything?) or do I try to get over not ever having my own child?

8dp5dt - first BFP after 13 years TTC!
I’ve had 4 full cycles of
IVF
, first 2 resulted in no fertilization, 3rd I had 2 blasts which were transferred and BFN, then on the 4th I had 7 top quality blasts, 1 was transferred - BFN, and 6 frozen. It’s the first of these frozen ones that I’ve had this time.

After help for a friend, only able to do natural transfers due to migraine?
When I was going through
IVF
I can't ever remember being asked if I suffered from migraines. Is the information my friend's been given correct? I had a migraine during my first pregnancy and went through EC/transfers again and took estrogen, I didn't even think to query it.

The end of the road
I can't believe I'm writing this but our
ivf
journey is over in the most heartbreaking way. Everything was looking good with my lining, ovulation, progesterone over 100 and we got the call yesterday morning that our final embryo had survived the thaw and was looking good.

Cyclogest - 3 times a day?
Hi all - just having my first round of
IVF
and had my egg collection today; 8 mature eggs which isn’t a bad number I don’t think. As I’m waiting to hear whether any fertilised, they’ve told me to start taking the cyclogest 400mg pessaries 3 times a day.

uterine polyp May cancel FET
We are in the middle of cycle no 6 of
ivf
. I have low AMH and we have had a maximum of 3 eggs collected. Out of size cycles unfortunately we have only had two embryo transfers (one fresh and one frozen) The plan this cycle was for a fresh transfer if we have an embryo.
