I should restart IVF in 5 weeks for a frozen embryo transfer.

Hi everyone, I’m starting stims tomorrow for my first ever IVF round - mixture of excitement, nerves, hope, sadness, worry - it’s such a very odd mix of emotions! One moment I’m really hopeful and optimistic it will work, the next I’m convinced it won’t.

I’m planning to start a second IVF cycle in January (when I’ll turn age 40!) and feeling hopeful. First cycle was BFN with short protocol so we are trying long protocol this time with Nafarelin (Synarel) nasal spray and Menopur. Has anyone had luck with this combo?

Hi everyone, I've just started on the first day of my stimulation injections; taking gonal-F (which hurt a lot more than my buserelin!). Are there any fellow teachers who did a cycle whilst at work? I've had a few appointments already that I've had to take time out for but feeling a bit worried about

Hi, I'm so confused and now anxious as my IVF Clinic told me after 12 weeks mark to ask my Midwife if I need to continue the Cyclogest.

My IVF clinic told me to stop meds and on the day of scan the midwife said it was fine to stop as well. I’m just so worried about it! On the day of transfer my progesterone was low, I just worry if my body will make enough.

I have had a close family member announce they were pregnant at the same time our IVF round failed and have just spent the evening with them while everyone was fussing around her, while I stood in the kitchen alone and cooking for everyone with no good news and just wanting to cry.

I’ve just completed ivf and am just over 5 weeks. I’ve a scan booked in with my clinic when I’ll be about 7 weeks, however I’d really like to get one at 6 weeks as I’ve previously had an ectopic miscarriage and am anxious to see if this one is in the right spot.

We had a previous IVF cycle a couple of months ago that failed and I had spotting then my period came right on time. This time my period was meant to arrive yesterday but I don't feel too hopeful and I've read progesterone can delay your period. Last time I was on lutigest this time cyclogest.

I’ve just started meds for my 6th transfer (embryos 7 and 8), and I’m finding work quite stressful at the moment, and I know it’s related to IVF. I’m trying to get things on track at work so that when I get to my transfer it’s less stressful, which is stressing me out even more!

I have researched that you can do gender selection with IVF in the uk for medical reasons but that list of medical reasons I cannot find anywhere. Does anyone know if endometriosis is an allowable medical condition to select the gender through IVF? Thanks

And planning for this cycle which is a gap between IVF ones. Any recommendations on where I can get this done? I’m based in West London? Thanks a million!

Unfortunately my second IVF cycle failed recently with what our clinic graded as a 'top quality' embryo. I was worried that my lining was too thin at 7mm, but they weren't concerned and went ahead.

I've had 3 embryos out of 9 unfrozen eggs ages 37 and 38 years and hoped to get more from the remaining 9 eggs, but the doctor in Greece (ARK IVF) suggested not to ship.

protocol - Gonal f 112.5 (really low dose) 5 eggs retrieved - 3 immature 2 listed below First ivf - 1 bfp fresh 3 day transfer - lost baby at 21 weeks to fetal anomaly😔 in August . October - 5 day blastocyst 3bb - first fet - Failed We are now back on the waiting list for a new IVF cycle.
