Total Failed Fertilisation - Unexplained Infertility
My partner and I have been TTC for 3 years with no luck - on paper we are both okay so have been put down as unexplained and went down the
IVF
route... First round of
IVF
we got 11 eggs, 7 mature and 0 fertilised and were told to try ICSI which we did and got 14 eggs, 9 mature and 0 fertilised.

Recommendation!
Unfortunately, they informed us that due to my age (40) ,we do not qualify for
IVF
. I am wondering if you could recommend me
IVF
clinics with a reasonable price in London. Many thanks

Could this be the
IVF
drugs keeping you from having the normal surge of pregnancy hormones? Or should I be prepping for another MC? beta planned for Fri that might help but I'm still in limbo atm

***Sensitive** Natural pregnancy after 4 IVF failures
This is my story - I have been TTC for 6+ years now started
ivf
back in 2021, due to unexplained fertility. Told
IVF
was my only option. First NHS funded round was a disaster, poor embryo quality, failed and nothing to freeze.

Removing tube and possibly ovary - Salpingo-oophorectomy
I then underwent a round of
ivf
and had an egg collection and for whatever reason ended up with this infection.

*Potentially Sensitive* Bleeding, cramping and faint lines…
Ive had pretty a-symptomatic
IVF
cycle Yesterday I had a cracking headache that’s lasted over 24hrs, and I had ribbons of brown discharge and slightly light pink on toilet paper.

urgent advice needed on IVF drugs
hey all I’ve just paid through the nose for a private prescription only to be told by Asda that they now don’t have some of the items in stock. They are unable to issue some of the drugs because they have to keep the prescription for their records. Meaning I’d need to pay for another private prescription

After how many years does this change you permanently?
In May 2022 we started
IVF
. Failed fresh transfer in May, failed frozen in July, failed frozen in Sept. Now no-one knows what to say.

Any advice. Feeling overwhelmed and don’t know where to go next
I’m looking for some advice… I’ve just had my second failed round of
IVF
and I’m not sure what to do next. I have a follow up consultation in a couple of weeks and want to make sure I ask all the right questions and ensure I’m getting all the right opportunities.

Private fertility clinic vs NHS private? Recommendations welcome on private fertility clinics and doctors in London
I am currently doing
IVF
with Wolfson fertility clinic (NHS, Imperial hospital, London) and pay the minimum for private . I speak to doctors on zoom (which is ok) and if I need to speak to an embryologist I can do it over the phone.

We had 3 failed pregnancies in the last 5 years. IVF with PGT or without. No other health issues. Sperm morphology is abnormal
However our kariotyping is normal .We are in the process of doing
IVF
but not sure whether a normal
IVF
will benefit or PGT. PGT is not covered in NHS and I cannot pay Seperately and private option is very expensive. We are not sure what to do here…

Hello…Can anyone recommend any good apps for relaxation / mediation. I have been having acupuncture and the guy I go to puts on a CD but Somtimes the background noise is a bit loud as I’m having it done at my clinic! So I’d like to put my headphones in and listen so one on my phone. Preferably free Thanks

Severe endometriosis and IVF.
My consultant thinks another laparoscopic surgery before
IVF
will not improve outcomes. I am worried as my last successful
IVF
was 6months after excision surgery and my body was in the best condition it could be.

managing positivity
Or can point me to any concrete research which shows positive mindset has any impact on
IVF
results that’s I’ve somehow missed?

bitterness and anxiety taking over
we are considering starting
ivf
but I am terrified that it won’t work and I won’t be able to cope. The tww already cripples me and I’m devastated when I get my period. How can I possibly cope with those things during
ivf
cycles?

5 days post 3 day transfer- no symptoms??
I am new here 🙂 I am going through a fresh
IVF
round. I had a day 3 8-cell grade 1 transfer but don’t feel any symptoms. The first two days after transfer I had a few pains, really sore boobs but I think they may be the cyclogest rather than any signs.
