Best cure for my restless legs
I've been troubled with restless legs, mainly after hip replacements , the only product that ever helped, was pernaton gel , the origionsl green lipped mussel extract gel. Can be bought in health food shops or probably online

THERE IS NO CURE FOR HIV
Dear community members, There has recently been a flurry of postings by someone who is claiming to have been cured of HIV using some herbal remedy. This is a bogus claim, THERE IS NO CURE FOR HIV. Once a cure has been found, believe me we will all know about it. The medical team responsible will be

This is my second Christmas now since diagnosis. Had my check up with the consultant in December. As I explained to my grandson all still quiet. I have a hernia on my scar site on my stomach which seems to be getting bigger. However its only really me that notices it. The lump I have in my groin is still

Hi, I've just been reading the NICE guidelines for IBS and came across this: "Laxatives should be considered for the treatment of constipation in people with IBS, but people should be discouraged from taking lactulose. [2008]" Does anyone know why this is? The reason I ask is I've suffered from chronic

HIV Diagnosed
Hi Everyone! I was diagnosed with HIV last December 1, 2015. My CD4 count that time was 395 so I decided myself to start taking ART medicine. To tell you honestly, I was really shocked with what happened. Until now, I really don't know what to do, I'm afraid to die. I still need to work hard for my family

How many calories to have a day?
Hello can anyone tell me how many calories I should have a day. I can't really excersise as I'm having a total hip replacement in 3 weeks and last year I had a total knee replacement. I'm 209lbs now and have cut down to 1100 calories a day but I'm not losing anything and just feel starving all the time
