Anti inflammatory for pain
I’ve had chronic low back pain for 40 years after failed surgery and also developed spinal stenosis later on in life, I used to take
Ibuprofen
but when I was diagnosed last year with HF I had to stop taking them along with my Tramadol and other pain relief.

UPDATE
Apparently I shall have lifelong Clopidigrol after, which doesn’t mix well with
Ibuprofen
which I need sometimes for RA. Anyone else found a solution to this? This was a question that I forgot to ask!

Time scales
It took until a couple of days ago to convince my GP to give me stronger painkillers than paracetamol and
ibuprofen
. Whilst the flares aren't everyday, the ones I get each week are awful and are making work and uni very difficult. I have the coil, got it just over a year ago now.

as cal poly doesn’t seem to have any effect on him? Any advice, can this be happening?

Very tender neck pain
I’m on low dose aspirin as I’ve just found out I’ve got Antiphospholipid antibodies so I can’t take
ibuprofen
at the moment. The pain is very very tender to touch and radiating into my jaw and head. Is this something anyone else has experienced at all?

Results:Ibuprofen was significantly more effective against human prostate cancer cells in vitro than the other tested nonprescription NSAID
Cell cycle analysis indicated that
ibuprofen
caused LNCaP cells to shift from the S and G(2)/M phases to the G(0)/G(1) phases of the cell cycle. Another propionic acid NSAID, naproxen, had an effect similar to but overall less than that of
ibuprofen
.

Any exercise useful for endo pain?
My endometriosis is flaring up again after just 2 years from surgery, and I am trying to not go back into bingeing on painkillers - or at least to stop at paracetamol and
ibuprofen
for a while. I was wondering - do you know of any exercise (such as yoga) that’s worked for your pain?

Ibuprofen and Prednisone Together?
Ibuprofen
800 mg greatly relieves the pain but advice seems to be don’t mix prednisone and
ibuprofen
. Doctor prescribed Norco 5/325 and said we could try Tramadol but honestly
ibuprofen
works better for me.

300 lft?
I didn’t think I drank a lot, I’m terrified it’s something more as I’ve not drank for a week as I’ve been taken
ibuprofen
tablets for my leg. I also take multi vitamins and not got a great diet. Eat lot of chocolate, drink fizzy pop, eat takeaways etc.

Blocked from return to work w/ controlled asthma?
My context is that I acquired this asthma in my mid-20s and seemed linked to allergic rhinitis and I developed a random intolerance to
ibuprofen
which triggers the asthma. It's completely controlled now and I don't notice a thing - I feel like perhaps it is inflammatory.
