wow sorry 2 hear bout ur pain.
I havent had that pain but I would like 2 hear what others say
That's terrible ☹️! Hopefully it won't happen again🙏.
I get "muscle spasms or locking" that have been "worse than child birth", it's been blamed on the fibromyalgia... Who's to say?
Try and relax today...
Stay strong and blessed...
I get that at night too. And it is sometimes worse than childbirth! (I have had a child) It's usually when I haven't had enough water during the day and get a little dehydrated or my potassium level falls. Sometimes I get it when I'm sitting too long. Most of the time I can attribute it to dehydration. It's very important to drink a lot of water/fluids every day.
That’s miserable. I get leg and foot pain a lot at night. I believe mine is because of spasticity. I hope you don’t have to experience it again, too!
i think it is called restless leg sydrom my spelling is back today call and tell the doctor yes it hurts bad and keeps you up all night until you take something for it at least it is for me ....of hand can't remember the name of it ...check with your doctor ..ms doctor...good luck ..love and much happiness and much relief for you ...
That sounds rough. I’m sorry you’re suffering. Let’s hope your doctor can prescribe something for the restless legs, pain, and spasticity.
It’s MS. Mine started off like “restless leg” and then turned into something else that’s 24/7. There are a lot of tips you can read about if you search for it! Some may make things worse, so try the cheapest ones first. My favorite is epsom salt baths, because they help with other things also.
