Needing to urinate feeling - new symptom
It went when I look paracetamol an
ibuprofen
(after reading up online). I can only think it must be related to my period pains and things pressing on my bladder. It seemed to have passed on day 2, but then my cramps ease off now too.

Ointments such as Deep Heat for sore muscles
However, as they contain
Ibuprofen
it says on the packet that you should consult your GP if you take Warfarin (which I do).

Week 2 Knee Problems
I started rubbing some
ibuprofen
gel on it yesterday but after today’s run I’m limping a bit on it. Does anyone have any advice? Should I rest it more before I start W3? Would a knee support help? Is this a common runner issue and should I just be working through it?

Repetitive lower back dull ache and stiffness during and/after running 5K - anyone else had this? What helps?
I sat down with a hot water bottle after the shower and took some
ibuprofen
, and then 2 hours later tried to do some very light stretching of my lower back muscles. It is excruciating, and I'm pretty concerned that the
ibuprofen
is doing absolutely nothing at all to help.

I’m icing it regularly, taking
ibuprofen
and stretching. Does anyone have any other tips for me as I’m missing my runs. Thanks all

Chronic pain: Antidepressants not painkillers recommended
Doctors are being advised not to prescribe common painkillers, including paracetamol and
ibuprofen
, for patients with chronic pain not caused by an injury or other medical condition.

Pain all over
After my work day I crawl home and have to lie down with my feet up, take pain killers and put
ibuprofen
gel all over my feet, but then my whole body decides to hurt too. I have reposted this as I posted on the wrong forum! Sorry for the long message. I don't know what to do? Carol x

The wheels have fallen off the taper train.
Yesterday we drove home and i started the stretches, icing, kt taping,
ibuprofen
etc that they recommend to help. Sadly this morning I could barely walk to the bathroom 😭 It has gotten so much worse that I'm not sure that I will get to start the virtual marathon.

Overlapping chronic pain constant headaches , fatigue, allergies and asthma food, materials, soaps, pets, smoke , makeup pollen etc. ??
I hate it with a passion and wish I didn’t absorb so much, extreme reaction to some pollution non stop inflammation I have to take wayyy too much
ibuprofen
, allergy medicine just to breathe and eat, and too much muscle relaxants to calm down spasms and tightness.

Pressure
Although I only need to take paracetamol and
ibuprofen
it’s still a pain. I have endo in my vagina but gynae says it can’t be the endo because of the injection. Does anyone else feel like this.

Newly diagnosed as B12 deficient after suffering symptoms for at least 30+ years & possibly since childhood!
At different times I have seen GP’s who have looked at one pain/symptom or another & have ranged from advising me to take paracetamol &/or use
ibuprofen
gel to ordering various scans & tests to the point that with my shoulders the surgeon was at a total loss as to the reason I was experiencing the pain

Lower legs in pain
I have started taking
ibuprofen
and iced them a couple of times. Running is now out of the question for several days. I just really hope it’s not long term as I was genuinely encouraged by my progress but now just can’t fathom how any runs non-stop for 10 mins or more!

What would you say....?
And I think
ibuprofen
, cocodamol, paracetemol defo help - in that moment at least.... unless its a placebo... Anyway what do you think? The link is below, would love some thoughts https://www.theguardian.com/society/2020/aug/03/painkillers-such-as-aspirin-do-more-harm-than-good-for-chronic-pain?

Pain relief
Do any of you with a diagnosis have specific prescription pain meds for endo pains or is it a case of
ibuprofen
and heat pads? I can’t cope with extra heat on my body in this 35°c weather haha. Thanks guys x

My doctor won't prescribe my any pain relief medication only diclofenac and
ibuprofen
which do not work I'm thinking about the dark net as a can't handle this issue. I have sciatica and nerve damage due to diabetes.

Ongoing flare - naproxen doesn’t work!
I was using
ibuprofen
before this which I actually felt less pain on but had wrongly thought naproxen would be the silver bullet until I start on imraldi in the next few weeks. Can it be the case that
ibuprofen
works better for me than naproxen?
