Hi all hope your well I am getting dark stools at the minute not tarry or runny but perfect clean ones sorry for the tmi I did a at home stool test and came back clear as day and also the doctor's sample came back clear but still dark could ibuprofen cause anything because I am taken them for pain for

Paracetamol and Ibuprofen 400mg. I have had physio along with 6 sessions of acupuncture, which have had a positive effect, but I still get pain in the middle of the night when I am sleeping (unfortunately, I am not a very good sleeper anyway). Can anyone give me any tips please?

I took ibuprofen when I got home, but I’m thinking my run tomorrow is off. ☹️ Boo. I’ll spare you the photo I took! Any toe tips?

Hi all i have been reading a recent post about travelling and taking ibuprofen which seems the best thing to do and most on here advise it. My question is when do you think i should take it? I need to leave by 6 in the morning this Friday.

You suggest I take Ibuprofen, I point out that I am allergic to it, you shrug your shoulders and say that you will try and see me in six months. I leave the room with the familiar hopeless feeling that you think I am making all this up.

So so sorry all i should of typed Imodium not ibuprofen i obviously didn't read it before i hit sent it to post. Please forgive me. Lot on my mind at the mo. Anyway my question was when is best to take Imodium before a flight. i have to leave the house by 6 in the morning to get to the airport.

The fluid is in the left lung but the doctors just gave me dehydrocodine and said to buy ibuprofen which i told them was allegic to. Said to see my Rheumatologist for plan on treatment and he is fully booked until end of october. Just wondering if anyone has had this and what the treatment was.

I rubbed a bit of ibuprofen gel and it made it worse. I've since read that you must not put the gel on broken skin. My feet are very cracked and dry. I'm wondering if this is why my foot is so much worse. It is very painful. Has anyone ever used ibuprofen gel on broken skin?

I've been putting ibuprofen gel on it and I'll be doing the RICE thing today as I've had a similar injury before. I want to keep up my commitment to getting back into a running habit and I was wondering if anyone could advise on whether I can still run with this if I make the runs shorter?

All started from sitting in an uncomfortable way in a metal chair... sciatica nerve type pain... ( ibuprofen makes it go away) today my anxiety went full force. I googled and convinced myself I have some type of cancer or tumors. I'm so scared... my rock aka husband is at work and he is my calm.

My doc says it’s ok to occasionally take ibuprofen with pred as I’m on a low dose (4 mcg). I’ve found taking 200 mcg ibuprofen helpful very occasionally if going on a journey and dong a lot of walking.

Am off to the osteopath thus afternoon and have been taking ibuprofen. So does anyone have experience of this and do you think I will still be able to run my 10k in 11 days time???? I’ll be gutted if I have to pull out if the race! 😟😩😳

The Doctor said that I should be taking ibuprofen (even though I hadn't eaten anything other than the banana that I threw up) and sent me home to take some ibuprofen. As the day wore on, I didn't improve but became more lethargic. My husband took me back to the Doctors who then sent me to hospital.

Awaiting repeat surgery, on gabapentin with panadol and . It's ok but can't wait for my op again, any day now! 🎈 Don't give up... I'm 42 now and thrilled there is an end to it!

In July I booked a private health check which would include FOC and when the Consultant asked for regular meds I said I took Rennie daily for heartburn and also x2 Ibuprofen every morning for neck/shoulder pain (20 years).

Going to strap it up for the day and take ibuprofen to help it. Rest day tomorrow then on to day 2 😏

Last time I posted the doctor identified it as pleurisy well my other doctor then said it wasnt and it was just some pleural symptoms, however the ibuprofen upset my stomach so I was prescribed Omeprazole, but then that gave me headaches and at one point confusion so I stopped taking them, but now after

Tylenol has been a staple as ibuprofen is a no-no. I recommend keeping a daily diary to keep track of your activity tolerance, sensitivities, medication dosing, sleep requirements, and any other symptoms or changes in symptoms.

Using Voltarol Gel on affected finger and on occasion ibuprofen/aspirin. At the moment I am trying to exclude: A) Gluten + Sugar - seems to be a trigger B) Potatoes, Peppers and tomatoes ( nightshade family) - tomatoes might be ok deseeded and de-skinned .

Ibuprofen? Ice? I’ve not had a gait analysis yet, so may make this a priority when I get home. I also have scoliosis so wonder if anything to do with my physiology makes me more susceptible to certain aches and pains, so am considering seeing a sports physio.
