Viability scan nerves
It's my 6 week viability scan tomorrow and I'm just so anxious. Since bfp obviously I'm happy but my main feelings are of anxiety and stress. I've booked myself in for hypnosis later in the week to try and help me relax, that might sound mad but I feel worse now than I did in 2ww. Please tell me I'm

Alternative therapies?
Hi all, I have been following this community for some time now and I would imagine that the number of members only represent the tip of the iceberg for people suffering from IBS in the UK let alone the world. I was wondering if there is anyone on here who has tried alternative therapies like Reiki, Hypnosis

Tried most everything
. I have had RLS for over 12 years. In the beginning, I could walk around the house or elevate my legs on the couch and the movements would stop and I could sleep. Now I take Ropinirole (Requip),Carbidopa levodopa, and clonazepam. I suffer beyond belief but have found some relief in the Relaxis

This is the first time joining an online group even though I've been diagnosed since I was twenty. I just turned fifty and I would really like to find a way to work, to be productive, for at least a few hours a week. That and control my binging, which has led to being fairly overweight, which is a big

Guide to cure health anxiety, or lower it to an extent in which it isn't debilitating.
This is super difficult to do, curing health anxiety is very hard, and I haven't fully recovered myself. Atm, it feels like I've cured my health anxiety for about 70%. I'll write down what's caught me in the cycle, and what I've done to stay out of it. 1. Distractions: I truly believe distractions are

Hypnosis?
I have had three consecutive nights of hell with my RLS & a friend suggested that maybe hypnosis might help me. Has anyone tried this? If so did it help.

On my way!
I began in January with a target of 20 kg to lose. Now I have lost 13 and a bit. A total of 30lbs so far. I have used a mix of hypnosis, blood sugar diet and a bit of swimming as I hurt my leg trying to use the treadmill. Need help with the final leg

The story so far....
For the past 10 years I’ve been battling with what I thought was depression. After numerous GP appointments, medication, counselling and hypnotherapy and getting no where I decided to do some research into my actual symptoms. My main symptoms being extreme fatigue, muscle aches, dizziness, balance issues

Has anyone had any therapeutic benefit from Physiotherapy?
I'm looking into doing some private physio/
hydrotherapy
to help with Fibromyalgia. Just wondering if anyone has had any noticeable benefit or otherwise?

feeling a bit lost
Thought I would share a little about myself, as I'm new to this. I began suffering when I was 13/14, and now being 20 I have finally gotten myself a diagnosis; growing up there where multiple tests done, and I was constantly in and out of hospital from not being able to deal with the pain. When I turned

Strategies
I do physio for my spine problems and in a few months should start
hydrotherapy
too, and have a light exercise program (I used to be very active!). But I realized I don’t have many day-to-day strategies so wanted to see what others do to help them, anything at all!!
