Handling Ectopics
In recent times the frequency of my ectopics has increased strangly particularly in the afternoons and more often that not after eating. I still get bad nausea at time that I associate with it. Because of the awareness that comes with years of AF I have been working very hard on the options to minimise

Other options?
I have gone to a raw food diet, juicing 5 pounds of carrots a day, adding a teaspoon of baking soda to a glass of water to go more alkaline, ordered the Chris beat Cancer videos, ordered the ‘greece’ test, starting
hydrotherapy
, taking curcumin and vit C intravenously and starting 35% hydrogen peroxide

After physio didn’t help I was referred for
hydrotherapy
in November. Both of these helped a bit and I was getting stuck less severely but it was more frequent. I was referred to an orthopaedic surgeon by my GP and In February I found out my hip replacement of 11 years needs to be revised.

I found this
Massage therapy, hot and cold
hydrotherapy
, Epsom salts baths are all helpful prove beneficial in elimination and generate soothing effects. Pure organic apple cider vinegar (2Tbsp) mixed with a quality water (8-16 ounces) assists in reduction of joint discomfort.

Cardiomyopathy, did symptoms resolve once on correct medication?
Dear All, I had the results of my chest and heart scan this week from the chest clinic. Was a bit frustrating in that the doctor couldn't find any cause of my feeling of suffocation and shortness of breath but then said that my left lower ventricle muscle is stiff but said nothing to worry about as it

Waking up at 02:00am every night- then stay awake
I'm under extreme stress and anxiety at the moment, due to personal issues. I can get to sleep ok at about 10pm but then always wake at about 2am due to the anxiety and worry. I'm then constantly turning over due to nervousness. Mistimed I'm in a cold sweat. Anything I can do to get back to sleep?

My daughter
I need advice on how to help my daughter who is 19 and has anxiety and panic attacks. Her anxiety is fueled when there is a slight change. She will not ever allow herself to be alone. She has such a fear that it throws herself into a panic attack that causes her to vomit and have diarrhea. This is

Hi Everone I’m new here, have been smoking (with a few quits here and there, the longest being 6 months about six years ago!) and have tried everything - cold turkey, zyban, Champix twice!, hypnotherapy, patches, gum, lozenges, vaping - to quit. At 52, I’m about to embark on another effort. I’ve ordered

Looking for YouTube or podcast self hypnosis for infusions?
So, I'm a strong believer in mind body connections and I'd like to potentiate the effects of my upcoming Ocrevus infusion via visualizing the infusion eradicating the MS. I know, sounds a bit hocus pocus 😜 I've searched the Internet and haven't found anything specific enough on YouTube etc. . I was

Addictions and depression
I've had a gambling problem for 10 years or more. Admitted to myself 4 years ago. Tried to get help. E.g. g.a. hypnotherapy. Can't shake it. Went to docs with severe depression recently . Lost my job 3 weeks ago and charged with drunk in charge of vehicle 2 weeks ago. Need to vent. But no one understands

CONFUSED
I’m confused about RLS as my neurologist said it was in my head, it’s the brains way of protecting you if something bad is going to happen. So there for hypnosis would work as the hypnotist could take away the RLS. Can someone explain to me. I am sorry if this is a daft question. “Confused”

Jerk speaks...again
I asked him to leave for the day and night. I simply cannot stop major depression hitting me with such a poisonous, loud buffoon. So, he asked "so, you want me to leave? I can now legally. You want me to mow the lawn, not do dishes...and go?" I texted him back, (only way we communicate,) and replied

Question about New Pain(s) with CPS
Hello, This is long and complicated, but I am hopeful for advice for next move. I'm experiencing a new pain; a neck/throat pain. It is a sharp cutting pain and sometimes excruciating. The x-ray came back as degenerative C3, C4, and C5. My doctor has offered no solution and referred me to pain management
