Ahhhh woke up this morning with more pain than i had yesterday, my back, shoulders and both arms ahhh 😢💜

I get spasms everywhere. Legs fingers toes neck wrist. Its not painful just an idd feeling and i want to know if its to do with the fibro or something else.

Does anyone have issues sleeping due to fibro am finding it really hard to sleep, and when i do i get a few hrs and back awake again.
