I began in January with a target of 20 kg to lose. Now I have lost 13 and a bit. A total of 30lbs so far. I have used a mix of hypnosis, blood sugar diet and a bit of swimming as I hurt my leg trying to use the treadmill. Need help with the final leg

Hi Frog101, I don’t have any advice but just wanted to say really well done on losing 30lbs!

Also, everyone in the forum is lovely so do use it if you’re ever struggling or need a bit of encouragement! I’m sure there will be lost of advice for you about how to achieve your next push :)

Morning Frog and welcome back, Well done on your weight loss.

I think the best we can do for you is to encourage you to join in with the forum. How about joining a weigh in day, you could join the Feel Good Friday weigh in today. You could also join in with the Daily Diary thread. We are a very supportive forum and the more you join in the more support and help you will gain.

That's great news frog. Sounds like you just need to keep doing what you're doing (minus the treadmill).

Hi Hidden Well done on your loss so far, you're doing great! I started in January too. I'm keeping on doing all the things that have worked for me so far.(Counting all the calories before I eat them, planning shopping down to the last strawberry and not having any food in the house that I would binge on). Recently, I've been concentrating on experimenting with new foods that I either haven't had before or not since childhood. I find that takes a bit of the boredom away and keeps me from getting in a rut of eating the same foods.Just keep going, you'll be fine!
