I began in January with a target of 20 kg to lose. Now I have lost 13 and a bit. A total of 30lbs so far. I have used a mix of hypnosis, blood sugar diet and a bit of swimming as I hurt my leg trying to use the treadmill. Need help with the final leg

Hi Hidden Well done on your loss so far, you're doing great! I started in January too. I'm keeping on doing all the things that have worked for me so far.(Counting all the calories before I eat them, planning shopping down to the last strawberry and not having any food in the house that I would binge on). Recently, I've been concentrating on experimenting with new foods that I either haven't had before or not since childhood. I find that takes a bit of the boredom away and keeps me from getting in a rut of eating the same foods.Just keep going, you'll be fine!
