I have hydrotherapy session every week and although only 30 minutes, it is wonderful and allows me to stretch muscles with much less pain. It is also relaxing and the only time I get some relief from the pains in my legs. Hope you find it as beneficial.
I had physio a while back, caused more harm than good because the physio was treating the aches as they appeared and not the underlying cause.
Hydrotherapy is awesome, stick to short focused sessions. All you need is a set of floats and a noodle.
Pilates is effective too
My GP referred me for physio but I was just too sore for the physio to do any real work on me.
