Two goes at w1 and i think the aerobic

will be the same! But the little gremlin in my head said otherwise and I went out with a negative mindset. Subsequently, I believe that is why the first mile was tough. My legs felt heavy, I felt slow and fat and flabby and unfit.

Asthma advice
Its so frustrating I did some light stretch exercise today and it was recorded as sport by my
fitness
tracker as my heart rate is really irratic. I miss pre-covid workouts etc

18th Consolidation Run
This is absolute proof of my improved
fitness
. My peak heart rate is now down from 162bpm to a 158. I am really happy with this development.
Fitness
is the main reason I started this running malarkey. It’s taken me 4 months to get to this level of
fitness
and I feel so happy with my progress.

Yesterday I decided it was time I did some strength training again, and attempted a longer, ‘proper’ low impact weight workout with Tracy Steen - I’ve previously done her seated strength workout which I enjoyed enough to subscribe to her YouTube channel - Move Daily
